- Head of the "Components & System" department with the topics of mechanical design, mechanical/thermal simulation and system development in the field of control units, components and subsystems for electromobility
- Management of the development teams with budget and personnel responsibility
- Coordination and monitoring of development goals
- Development of innovative solutions for electric drive systems
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, processes and deadlines
- Recommending approval of the development stages through to series production
- Working closely with other departments to introduce new technologies and products into series production
- Continuous improvement of development processes in coordination with the linked work areas and process management
- Promotion and qualification of employees
- Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, systems engineering or similar
- Several years of professional experience in the development of electric drive systems
- Broad expertise in vehicle construction and the associated products
- Automotive process knowledge, e.g. VDA 6.3, ISO26262, etc.
- Experienced development manager in the field of vehicle technology or mobile machinery with strong communication skills
- Teamoriented way of working and high self-motivation
