- Creation and execution of software, integration and system tests (mainly automated, partly also manual)
- Error analysis, creation and tracking of entries in error databases
- Participation in debug, test and integration workshops
- Evaluation, documentation and presentation of test results
- Timely and comprehensive provision of required test results
- Maintenance and further development of existing test scopes
- Ensuring the continuous improvement, expansion or revision of our test software/suite
- Development, modification and maintenance of existing and future test systems
- Cross-team support to ensure rapid progress
- Collaboration on software customization and integration for the target HW
- Support in setting up, expanding and establishing software development processes in accordance with Automotive SPICE (up to level 5) and functional safety ISO 26262 (up to ASIL D) as well as the associated toolchain and establishment of cyber security
- Independent and regular provision of project-related information (personal time recording in Produra)
- Active support in the improvement process through regular feedback and making constructive (improvement) suggestions
- Further activities that correspond to the level of training and experience are reserved
- Completed studies in electrical engineering/ software development/ computer science or comparable qualification or training in electrical engineering or comparable including computer science supplement or training in computer science or comparable including electronics supplement
- Several years of experience in testing in the automotive sector and on test systems
- Several years of experience in the field of test automation for test systems
- Sound knowledge of bus communication (CAN, LIN, FlexRay) and their use in vehicles
- Knowledge of Polarion, CANoe, CANape, Jira, Matlab, VT test systems is an advantage
- Sound knowledge in the area of test case creation
- Basic knowledge of electrics and electronics
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Process experience Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262
- Knowledge of C, C++, Java, Python advantageous
- Knowledge of ISO 26262 desirable
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level
